Tablet sales have revolutionised customer engagement as Tapi’s Sales Team can move freely around the store to suit the customer, allowing for a faster and more fluid sales transaction. There is now no requirement to replicate POS data back to our head office. All store information is immediately available for Head Office to see.
Being able to automate and digitally transform Tapi Carpets and Floors it allowed the business to operate and grow with minimal support staff at the head office. Due to this Tapi Carpets & Sci-Net were a finalist in the Retail Week Tech & Ecomm Awards for this solution and implementation.
