Features – PDM
The Product Data Management (PDM) feature is the key tool to create new styles. It handles styles with unlimited number of variants, size and colour tables and even assortments.
Specification Sheet
In the Specification Sheet you can define all the measurements for your new style. Each measurement can then be entered per size. To speed up the process, you can select the medium size and then just grade the lager and smaller sizes from medium. These grading’s are reused when you create new styles as copies.
The Specification Sheet will give you full overview of all measurements for all sizes within the style.
The complete set of measurements can be saved in different versions, allowing you to compare and to have a final version for ordering.
Wash & Care and other info
In the Add-info area you can create the information, like wash and care that you want to attach to the style. The information is picked from lists, where a picture can also be attached.
Calculation
The calculation feature allows you to calculate cost and prices for your new style. It works like Excel allowing you to do simulations of different price/cost scenarios. The expected cost can include purchase cost, freight customs or other expenses that is tied to the style. You can calculate the retail sales price, mark up for your vendors and your own revenue for the style.

Workflow
The workflow feature enables you to keep track of all actions in the life cycle of a style. With the workflow you have the total overview of where you are in the process. This critical path can be managed for the whole collection with different statuses for items. The workflow management also provides a plan board.
Bill of Material
The Bill of material is where you go into details of how the style is made and what components it consists of. The Bill of Material is also used for the cost calculation.
New Style Wizard
With the New style wizard you can create a complete new style in a few minutes. The wizard allows you to copy from other styles. Using the copy function will reduce the creation of a new style to the selection of colours/sizes and pricing.
Create Collection
Once you have created the style in the PDM, the Create Collection feature will create all the Colour/Size combinations as Items.
Season Management
Season Management allows you to attach styles into seasons and handle different parameter’s about the season. The parameter’s will helpful, when managing the different periods of a season (Selling in, Purchase, Delivery etc.)
