Sci-Net have designed and implemented production and telesales systems using Sage Line 100 and Sage 200 for several different polythene companies. This includes polythene conversion into bags as well as back to back ordering for factored products.
The small margins and ever changing polythene prices mean an efficient production system is essential with proper monitoring of shrinkage and wastage. We have also developed KPI’s (key performance indicators) to allow the sales team to concentrate on selling products for the less busy machines, therefore ensuring maximum contribution and efficiency from all assets in the factory.
